As the new energy vehicle market continues to grow rapidly, the Hubei Xiangyang production base of Shenzhen Torida Precision Technology Co., Ltd. has officially announced that its annual precision casting capacity has surpassed the 20,000-ton milestone, with new energy vehicle components accounting for 62% of total output, becoming the core driver of the company's growth.
Recently, Shenzhen Torida Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Torida Precision Casting") announced that its production base located in Yangxiwan Industrial Zone, Gucheng County, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province has officially surpassed an annual precision casting capacity of 20,000 tons. This milestone marks Torida Precision Casting as one of the leading enterprises in the all-silica sol investment casting sector in Central China.
According to the head of the company's operations center, the factory currently operates two fully-silica sol investment casting intelligent production lines at full capacity, producing over 200 specifications of castings across three major categories: new energy vehicle turbine housings, high-speed rail brake valve blocks, and core stainless steel components for high-end sewing machine tools. Of this total, new energy vehicle components account for 62%, rail transit parts for 25%, and general high-end machinery for 13%.
It is worth noting that Torida Precision Casting has planned to add a third intelligent production line. Once operational, annual capacity will further climb to 30,000 tons, while expanding into high-value-added markets such as aero-engine small structural components and nuclear power valves. Products are supplied to more than 20 equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, with 15% of castings indirectly exported to precision equipment markets in Southeast Asia and Europe.
The company's technical center has introduced U.S.-imported industrial-grade 3D printing equipment, integrating world-class high-end 3D wax pattern printing technology with casting techniques, effectively shortening design and prototyping cycles. Currently, with the support of 3D printed wax pattern rapid prototyping technology, product development cycles require only 3–7 days, enabling rapid response to customer customization demands.
